KIB®500
What is hypothiocyanite [OSCN]⁻?
This ion is produced in small quantities at sites around the body, when and where it is needed, and is part of the human innate system to help fight against infections.
It is has been known about for over 100 years . It was not discovered by us at KiB, but there are multiple academic papers about this ion discussing its efficacy against a wide range of pathogens. It only damages pathogens, and doesn’t damage friendly bacteria. Also, it does no harm to human cells or to DNA.
It’s roles is to stop pathogens entering the body, by being created in our tears and in saliva at very small levels and it can be identified as being present in tears and saliva. So, when you pick your teeth or rub your eyes with your beautifully clean appendages , it stops any nasties on your hands being transmitted through these vulnerable parts of your body, so you do not pick up an infection. It occurs at relatively low concentrations to stop low level ingress by germs.
If you are interested in any particular infection or application for hypothiocyanite, please contact us and we will send you links to useful papers for your request.
KIB®500
Think of it like you think of Bleach, which you use to remove GERMS but you must keep bleach away from humans, animals and food. KiB500 has the same chemistry as bleach but nature has made it safe.
KiB500® can do all that you want from Bleach but it is gentle – killing germs but causing no damage to humans and human cells and offering the same gentle treatment and safety for animals, and food.
Testimonials
KiB®500 has been a great help in dealing with pathogenic bacteria and yeasts as part of wider nutrition protocols.
I recently used KiB®500 both orally and stoically as art of an initiative to manage seborrheic dermatitis in an adolescent where dysbiosis played a contributing part.
